Dr. Carlos M. Martín Pedomo is a general dentist with over 10 years of experience. He began his career in Cuba and Colombia and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. He also worked as a dental hygienist in Florida and New Jersey, which deepened his passion for prevention and comprehensive care. He has advanced training in cosmetic dentistry and surgery, allowing him to provide patients with safe, modern solutions that enhance both function and aesthetics. His mission is to deliver high-quality dental care using the latest technology while maintaining a human and compassionate approach.

Laysa was born in Brasília, Brazil, and moved to the United States at age 13. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable in the chair and loves being part of a team that makes a difference in people's oral health and confidence. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and caring for her pets. She finds great joy in meeting new people, learning about different cultures, and sharing experiences that bring people together. She believes a confident smile has the power to transform not only how people look, but how they feel.

Astrid is our Patient Care Coordinator, dedicated to making every visit seamless and positive. With exceptional organizational skills and in-depth knowledge of dental insurance, she ensures patients maximize their benefits and receive the care they deserve. Astrid's passion for helping others shines through as she works tirelessly to build confidence in her patients' smiles, supporting them on their journey to optimal dental health. She is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.

Danie is our dental assistant — efficient and passionate about her work. She ensures our rooms are clean and ready while keeping patients comfortable and at ease. Danie enjoys seeing people's smiles transform and gain confidence. You'd never be able to tell, but she's a thrill seeker, always willing to go skydiving or zip-lining.

Born in Brazil, Isabel moved to New Jersey with her family when she was nine years old. She is trilingual, fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Isabel has been in the dental field for over 15 years, starting as a dental assistant before pursuing her passion for dental hygiene. She graduated from Rutgers School of Health Related Professionals in 2013. Isabel and her husband have two daughters and a dog. Aside from spending time with her family and close friends, Isabel loves to travel — she believes traveling takes us out of our comfort zones and inspires us to see, taste, and try new things.

Lizeth Rios, RDH, is originally from Long Branch and earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from Rutgers School of Health Professions in 2018. Raised by Mexican and Puerto Rican parents, she is fluent in Spanish and enjoys connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds. With a gentle touch and friendly approach, she helps patients feel at ease while supporting lifelong oral health. Outside of work, she loves going to concerts and spending time with her dog, Batman.
